I love the aswaganda paste. It really helps me sleep well. I have also used the black seed oil all winter. I stayed healthy all season.
I have used a number of these products and do recommend them all (Black Seed Oil, Colloidal Silver, Turmeric/Orange honey, Turmeric Paste). But the product I most recommend is the Ashwagandha Paste. It’s helped me manage stress/stabilized mood and energy; it’s also delicious!
Nothing compares to Sita’s products. My daughter gave me her turmeric as a gift and I’ve been using it every since. Her products are exceptional and so is my health!! Thank you, Sita.
